Window wells should be marked as a major condition for Windows category - other if they present a liability exposure due to being uncovered and they are located in a high traffic area.

This would refer to homes in which the window wells accommodate basement egress windows with or without metal ladders that provide access from the dwelling. There are no minor conditions for this category.
